The Final that specifies your position within a team and validates your application.

Your evolution at Symbiosis Advisory depends on your experience, your skills and progress all along your engagements. The indicative evolution is as following:
Consultant (2 years)
Senior consultant (4 years)
Manager (4 years)
Senior Manager

Partner
When integrating Symbiosis Advisory, a corporate mentor is assigned to you to follow your evolution and to help you in any situation. He participates in your annual assessment and in the evaluation committee that decides your next grade.
Developing your competencies and skills through training is highly recommended to address our client’s requirements and to develop strong expertise. Both internal and external training are ensured to strengthen your core skills or to develop new ones if necessary.
Finally, at Symbiosis Advisory, a consultant can at any time choose to enroll another team or practice.
